自八月開始，從中壢到基隆間各站都可以用台北悠遊卡搭火車。台鐵為宣傳使用悠遊卡搭車的活動，特別拿出一列EMU700系電車做為台北悠遊卡的彩繪廣告車。

今天這列阿福號彩繪車是擔任樹林往蘇澳的3085次區間車。
